Our Senior Partner Nilesh Patel is Ex-Deloitte (Senior Manager – Corporate Tax) and Ex-IRS Officer. He has authored two Professional Books on taxation: General Anti-Avoidance Rule (GAAR) published by CCH-Wolters Kluwer and Domestic Transfer Pricing published by Taxmann.
Nilesh has studied International Taxation, US Taxation as well as Transfer Pricing, at University of California. While in the US, He also acquired the US CPA (California Board of Accountancy) qualification.
Nilesh is a frequent Writer and Speaker at Professional Forums of Indian Chartered Accountants Institute, Chamber of Tax Consultants, Global Transfer Pricing Forum and other reputed Tax Associations.

Our Tax Partner Latesh is Ex-KPMG and a Merit Rank Holder (All India Rank 36 in the CA Final Exam). He has won Award from the ICAI. He has vast experience in the field of FEMA, International Taxation and Transfer Pricing.
He has done lot of Tax and FEMA structuring, advisory and compliance work for NRIs and MNC clients. He also does structuring and transaction advisory for clients. Further, he has significant experience in providing litigation support to MNC clients and has represented several of them in tax assessments and appeals on many occasions. He has also done many Transfer Pricing Planning and Documentation services. Latesh writes Articles on Transfer Pricing in various industry publications and has also delivers lectures on topic of GAAR at various reputed forums.

Sagar has a vast experience in the field of Taxation. His core area of practice is providing Transfer Pricing and Direct Tax Litigation services to many MNC clients. Sagar has done numerous Transfer Pricing planning and documentation projects to determine arm’s length compensation for tangible properties, intangible properties and services.
Sagar also has worked on various Tax Planning engagements including inbound and outbound tax structuring. Further, Sagar has significant experience in providing litigation support to MNC clients and has represented them in tax assessments and appeals on number of occasions.
